After a short tractor ride to the fields, we started with the raspberries and were able to fill our container in about 20 minutes. We then moved on to the strawberry fields. After spending an hour and a half in blistering heat, I was only able to fill about one-quarter of the container because there were virtually no strawberries available. Everyone picking alongside us seemed equally disappointed and frustrated that containers were being sold despite the lack of fruit in the fields. What made the experience even more frustrating was the no-refund policy, which meant we were out the money regardless of the poor conditions. I understand that crop availability can vary, but customers should be informed when fields are nearly picked over or offered a refund or alternative. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this place to others.

A great experience and great value…read more The pricing for unpick is less than what you'd generally pay for blueberries at the grocery store. That's a winner in itself. The property is expensive and the staff was welcoming and told us where to go for the best batch at that time. Not all berries ripen at the same time. I went the weekend of July 4th and it was rather tame around 9am when I arrived. (No queue). But after finishing the pick, it was quite long queue as they weigh. Credit card is extra 3% fee. If you bring your own container to bring home it'll be cheaper as you use their white buckets to pick and weigh, but you need a container to take home. They do sell 5lb and 10lb boxes to take home for a nominal fee (I think it was $1-2)

We were in no hurry on our wedding anniversary. So we walked in and at first it was a farmers market. Nice like most farmers markets. Then you started walking around and saw they had so much more. It was a little grocery, a pet supply area, souvenirs, holiday room, and a huge greenhouse area. We spent so much time here we decided not to go to the beach and head home to plant our flowers. This place was amazing. We talked to Karen back in the nursery about flowers. She was very patient, kind and answered all our questions. We will definitely be back around the holidays because Karen was telling us how amazing the place is decorated.
