I found this office through a service provided to me by my company and was not recommended to me personally by anyone I am close to. This naturally would make anyone a little nervous. I have to say after my first contact and conversation with Colleen the Paralegal, I felt completely at ease. She pretty much explained the entire process right off the bat in that first conversation. Every time I called, I was treated with a very personal feeling. I was never hurried off the phone, never forgotten about, and never made to feel like I was small and on the bottom of the priority list. It was that personal feeling that made my home purchase smooth and as easy on my mine and my wife's nerves as possible even when there were slight hiccups in the process. Feeling like an important client is one thing, but obviously it was also important that they backed it up with their professionalism, knowledge and ability to get things done. They always made sure to look out for my best interest in the transaction, and kept on top of all parties to assure the transaction was fair, complete and timely.
