She sent us just the right listings so that we had a good plan of what homes we wanted to see when we came to town to house hunt for a few days. Mindy helped us find a house we liked, we made an offer before we had to return to Florida. Mindy then continued to help us with the further negotiations, home inspection, mortgage company and even suggested restaurants. We closed on the purchase remotely and Mindy did the final walkthrough for us. When we returned to Kingman we just picked up the keys to our new home from Mindy and we have been happily unpacking since. Mindy is a true professional and was a joy to work with. Selling a longtime family home is never just a business decision--it carries years of memories and emotions--but they handled every step with genuine care, compassion, and professionalism. Their communication was outstanding. Every question was answered promptly, every concern was addressed with patience, and we always felt informed and supported throughout the entire process. Their responsiveness and attention to detail gave us complete confidence that everything was being handled properly. Beyond their expertise, Eric and Brianna are simply wonderful people to work with. They are friendly, approachable, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. Their professionalism is second to none, yet they make you feel like family rather than just another client. Their market knowledge, negotiation skills, and ability to coordinate every detail made the transaction completely seamless. They anticipated issues before they arose and ensured that every milestone was met without unnecessary stress or delays. What stood out most was the genuine care they showed for our family during such an emotional transition. They understood that this wasn't just the sale of a house--it was the closing of an important chapter in our lives--and they treated that responsibility with kindness, respect, and empathy. If you're looking for real estate professionals who combine exceptional expertise with integrity, compassion, and unparalleled customer service, I cannot recommend Eric and Brianna highly enough. They exceeded every expectation and turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into one that was smooth, reassuring, and even enjoyable. Thank you both for your extraordinary dedication and for taking such incredible care of our family. When i signed the closing statement the fee was not on there but 4 days later I got an "updated" closing statement with the fee. I went back to the original contract and in tiny small letters under Additions was the $695. I had already signed so I was F*cked. I had already agreed to a 10% commission which is higher than normal but I was okay with that. Out of the $1200 commission, my realtor got $174 the rest was dispersed among the "team". I am livid.
