She sent us just the right listings so that we had a good plan of what homes we wanted to see when we came to town to house hunt for a few days. Mindy helped us find a house we liked, we made an offer before we had to return to Florida. Mindy then continued to help us with the further negotiations, home inspection, mortgage company and even suggested restaurants. We closed on the purchase remotely and Mindy did the final walkthrough for us. When we returned to Kingman we just picked up the keys to our new home from Mindy and we have been happily unpacking since. Mindy is a true professional and was a joy to work with. When i signed the closing statement the fee was not on there but 4 days later I got an "updated" closing statement with the fee. I went back to the original contract and in tiny small letters under Additions was the $695. I had already signed so I was F*cked. I had already agreed to a 10% commission which is higher than normal but I was okay with that. Out of the $1200 commission, my realtor got $174 the rest was dispersed among the "team". I am livid. DO NOT DO BUSINESS a with this crappy business. To rip off their employee and to charge $695 for a small land deal is outrageous. I offered to pay $100 and it was a big NO! There is a big reason why they have a 3 out of 5 on reviews.
