They weren't able to address the problem because it was under warranty. Service manager Joe Frevel went way above and beyond what would be expected. He contacted Kia roadside assistance, arranged a tow to the nearest Kia dealership in Duluth, spoke with the Kia service department and even offered to get us a ride to Duluth. Joe did this during a a very busy time and knowing that they weren't going to make a dime from helping these strangers from out of town.
