My house was a 2 room Bungalow built in 1927 that is now a 3 BR 1 bath home giving me drama. I have NO IDEA what I'm doing or how to do it. Talking to friends & family. Browsing the internet. Searching apps for any kind of help. My favorite app Houzz offers contacting professionals for your home needs. I sent out several emails & made some calls. Some answered, not always in a timely manner. And some didn't. But PartiHaus was neither of these. Matt L got back to me immediately. He arranged meetings at my convenience on Sundays. With his partners. Always professional & timely. I fell in love with their calming demeanor and funky use of different material in their designs. Their patience with my indecisiveness & weird schedule meant the world to me. The fact that they were based on Long Island was everything. They worked with me & my contractor to come up with several different scenarios before coming to the final design. It's a long process. The town takes awhile for permits but I have been informed all of this ahead of time by Matt & his partners. So nothing has been a surprise. Yet! I will be updating when the actual work gets done. Regardless that Milton provided us the best quote, the work Milton and his team had done for the entry stoop and walkway pavers is art piece. He is reliable, responsible, and creativity. He and his team were always looking for better solutions for any challenges during the process, and finished the project in a timely manner that was way beyond our expectations. The work they do is not only about the look but also thinking beyond the structure, craftsmanships, and Professional. BTW, I like all of their professional power tools, especially the masonry table saw that ensure the precise of every block cut.
