Contacted this company for an emergency deep cleaning because my husband was having a procedure and…read morethe house needed to be completely dust free. Representative stated that they were available and assured me that they would be done with the cleaning by the time we were to return from the hospital. I called the rep on the day of my appointment to confirm that they would arrive by 11am to begin service. The rep stated that they wouldn't be able to arrive until 12 but would be done by 4pm. I texted the rep at 12:30 to confirm arrival and was informed that there was some communication issues and no one had arrived yet and to give them a few minutes to accommodate. I did NOT get a response back. At 3:50 I texted back asking if they were at my house because my husband was out of surgery and we would be returning home soon. The rep stated "no, I've been trying to contact her and other replacements for a while now." At this point I'm really confused because why did it take you 3 1/2 hours to inform me that no one had arrived. I tried to call the rep several times and was directed straight to voicemail. I called another contact number and got no answer. I didn't get a call until 8pm saying they apologize for the miscommunication. There wasn't miscommunication there was NO communication. I understand they are an up and coming business and things do happen that's beyond your control but communication is KEY. Unfortunately, I can only give one star and that is for responding back so quickly to make a last minute appointment. ******Very disappointed******

I have very mixed feeling about D&B Cleaning. I hired them as a gift for my mother. She was taking…read morecare of her mother on hospice at her home and hasn't had time to really clean her home. Since her mother passed, I took this as a great opportunity to treat her. Everyone that has worked at D&B was very kind & responsive. They seemed to know their stuff and I didn't have many concerns going into it. However, after telling them the space is maybe not even 1200 SF and not all rooms need to be completed and cabinets do not need to be cleaned - it didn't matter. They still brought 5 people to my mothers home. Who were all making 35 an HOUR. With 5 people, I figured 2 hours of working would suffice. I then received a call at 10:30 (start time was 8am) asking for another hour of time. So my nice gift to my mother has turned into a $700+ investment. To say I regret this is putting it lightly. The representative on the phone made it seem like $300 was the "estimate", but instead, is was the "initial" deep cleaning investment - but ONLY if you sign up for recurring cleanings. If you are okay to spend $1000+ on your house being cleaned, go for it. But unfortunately, I wont be able to recommend D&B to any of my friends or family who are actually on a budget.
