I like how you have to weigh your produce, as the cashier does not. they have it set up to where you place the item on the scale, press a number corresponding to the location of the produce and It automatically prints your price barcode. the shop is in the basement of the metropole, a really good selection of food and soft drinks as well as dairy. I am still not used to the milk being left out of the fridge but hey, it's all good. the store has a little bit of everything you could imagine. if you can think of it, they have it, but no alcohol. read more

Here scattered all over Swiss town this little gem awaits.Go in and have a small breakfast or lunch at the cafe.We saved a lot of money by making our own sandwiches and buying bottled water here.Prices for Evian are cheaper than the states,bottled clementine and blood orange juices are very inexpensive.On that note, any bottled beverage you buy chilled will cost you more. Salami from Italy, ham from Germany, cheeses from Switzerland, produce & fruit from Spain/ North Africa.Swiss chocolate everywhere!Fresh baked croissants, brioche and loves of bread, All excellent!
