He's an awesome guy who won't ever try to sell you on vitamins or workout gear that you don't need. He really loves what getting people to meet their goals and tries to learn new things all the time. The people at the gym are also nice. You might get the occasional meat head but for the most part it feels comfortable for an armature to work out there. This is not a fitness center, athletic club, or anything remotely resembling a place like planet fitness. You come here to work out. The machines have some wear to them from heavy use, but but everything functions properly. With that being said, you may look at the pictures, website, and videos and question if you would fit in at a gym like this. I will say that I was a little intimidated when I researched it as I am a 165lb shell of the man I used to be in college, but trust me, if you're serious about weightlifting, you keep your phone in your pocket, and push your limits, you'll fit right in!!
