Promised shadow hunter blinds with comfortable office chairs are few and for return select customers. Actual blinds given were rustic 4'x4' with a card table chair.
My spot for hunting was close to other hunters and seemed unsafe. When booking, I was told that they had 16,000 acres.
Crazy rules and micromanagement were unacceptable. Example- no talking or whispering in or outside of the vehicle on the way to the blind, trash bag to shit in while in the blind, no breaks during the day or hunting is done.
Accommodations were poor with mattresses on the floor next to each other. One working toilet placed next to the wall. Use of it required to sit sideways or stand up to shit. The cabin was very small for the amount of people.
Food was minimal. No lodge for a sit-down dinner. Food needed to be transported back to the cabin and was cold. Too small of a table and most had to stand to eat. Breakfast was pop tarts and English muffins with egg & ham.
The owner is very temperamental and gets agitated quickly when questioned and/or disagree with anything you say. read more
