Took a Deer to be processed and they told me I needed to call first, so I left and came back the…read morenext day like he told me. 63lbs of meat was processed total. Called me three days later and said my stuff was ready. Frozen solid and packaged with no dates on it or anything. Now I'm not a meat processor pro but I know damn well that wasn't my deer. Especially when it takes a few days to process, season and smoke 63 lbs of meat. Top it all off my bill was 540.00. Wow. Removed my buck to have it mounted somewhere else because of the 5 people I told where I took they said I should've taken it somewhere else because not all there work looks very good.
