This place is a joke. I had a infected tooth and yes they got me right in. The staff in the office…read morewas great. The dentist was very rude and unprofessional. "I'm the dentist not you, I'll tell you what you need" She wanted to just pull the tooth no other options. That would have been fine except I would have to wait 3 months for the extraction. Long time to wait with a tooth that hurts! Then they hit me with a $499 new patient exam. Wait you just took x-rays. I feel money is the only thing they are interested in. No the patient. BEWARE

SCAM ALERT!!! To…read moreanyone looking for a chiropractor, please avoid JACKSON HEALING ARTS. Their office is beyond ridiculous! My husband has been seeing them since March, until today when they decided to throw in an additional charge they claimed we owed from his first visit. They could not explain why it cost more other than blaming it on a high deductible. But wait, here is the problem... it wasnt about the deductible or what would be covered, it was about how much they quoted outside of insurance involvement. When he tried to get a better explanation, the office clerks became hateful while the doctor hid in a room down the hall (literally). They were unable to properly explain their reasoning for demanding more money and told my husband to go home and read his insurance policy, continuing to act like it was a policy issue instead of a bait and switch on services and fees. My husband left, went home, and did call the insurance company (of course it wasn't the insurance company that did anything wrong but they were able to provide us with what we needed to know). While he was on the phone, 3 police officers showed up at our door advising him that the doctors office called them because he had left mad and they didnt know what he would do. Lol He didnt make any threats... or even say anything that could be taken as one. He did not even scream at anyone. The cops seemed to get a chuckle out of the entire thing. I realize there are two sides to every story but here is ours. There are multiple doctors offices in the area, we highly recommend somewhere other than JACKSON HEALING ARTS.

The waiting room feels like a family of friends home, open, accommodating and not sterile like some doctors offices. I practically melted into the recliner during my stem treatment before seeing the doc. He took time and asked lots of questions to get to the root of my neck pain. Did a through exam, but very quickly which I appreciate. After laying down on table he got to adjusting me and I thought I left my body a couple times, he elicited cracks and grunts out of me I didn't know were In there. He's blunt, funny, doesn't try to sell you on stuff you don't need, and the best part?? Very very affordable if you don't have insurance. I left with a pep In my step and I truly can't wait to go back in for another adjustment. 10/10 all the way around
