I used to frequent this location, but it has seriously gone downhill. In terms of product and employees. I've ordered online 8 times since June 2021, no idea how many times I've walked in and ordered.
They only let one person back at a time and only have one employee working resulting in long wait times. I went in for a refund and the girl before me said she was waiting for 30min. We then sat and talked for another approximately 10min until we were helped.
The employee I dealt with today lied about being not only the manager but the owner of the location before throwing money at me and telling me to get out. After another overcharged me for products I purchased the night before.
(Note:: If, in fact, this employee was telling the truth about being management, you should know if you call over the phone and ask for management they lie. This employee confirmed he was who I spoke with over the phone, who said a manager was not there that day when I called. When in the store I asked why he denies being the manager he told me something along the lines of he doesn't tell people because "Too many people come around asking for him" That raises a big red flag if it is indeed true. )
Update: After emailing and requesting a call back from a manager, I was emailed back by who I presume to be management (Although there is no signature or employee name attached, so no idea who responded.) saying there is no need to follow up, and took the employees side without hearing my side of the story.
I was rightfully confused as to why I was quoted a $50 refund over the phone that then turned into a $14 refund in the store, and while trying to explain my confusion and understand, the employee was rude and dismissive, leading to me being more upset. I challenge anyone in a similar situation not to be upset by this.
I now understand why there was a change in the refund, but the fact remains that I was still overcharged (although by a lesser amount), treated poorly and dismissed from the beginning (First thing, right after he claimed to have called me, and I apologized and told him I had no missed calls. Which is true, no call from them ever came through to my phone, nor do I have a voice mail.) I was not given apologies or any understanding from management.
Also, it is hard to get a clear answer out of anyone who the manager truly is. Through past experiences, I was told there was only one manager of all the locations. I called the OKC Location and spoke to Trey the day of the incident (5/7/22), and he confirmed to me that is correct. There is only one manager for all locations, and it is Rainey. Weedmaps reflects this as well, as all responses mentioning a manager reference Rainey. One even saying she is the "actual" manager. Implying others have lied before.
I called on Monday (5/9/22) and a man said he was the manager and that there are multiple. Regardless of what is correct, it is impossible to know for sure with all the misinformation they have given.
It's sad to see a good dispensary go so far down hill. The employees seemed a lot happier, knowledgeable, and eager to help before, but something has changed. Nobody seems to know the deals or proper discounts, let alone how to ring something up. Which isn't a comment on the overcharging, but the last two times I went it took them forever to ring me up because they are alone and don't know what they are doing. They are not consistent with other deals like spin the wheel, and rely on customers to know the ins and outs of their discounts and deals rather than openly and happily offering them, like most better dispensaries do. This can be further backed up by negative Weed Maps reviews.
Overall not worth your time and money. There are plenty of better dispensaries around. read more
