Today is March 15, 2009 and largely due to their advice, I now weigh 181.4 lbs. I first started coming to this store 8 months ago with my first review of this store back on 8/18/08 at a weight of 220 lbs. Because of the knowledge and helpful nature of those three guys, I have lost close to 40 lbs. I live closer to the Arlington Hts. location, and while that is a nice store too, I don't mind going further to this location instead because I know I can rely on them if I have a question and they won't just try to sell me the most expensive thing in the store. Let me also say that I used to go to GNC a lot, but over the years it seems like over 80% of the products in the store are now their own brand. You get a better selection at the Vitamin Shoppe and at this particular location, Dave, Juan and Darren are very knowledgeable and twice as helpful, more so than most of the other locations I have been to.

I thought, WOW, business must be rocking if you can ignore a customer with cash in hand and talk to a prospected customer on the line. So I left my supplements on the counter and walked out. FYI GNC there is a Meijer's , Cost Co, Pick N Save, Festival Foods, Target, Fresh Thymes, Sam's Club ShopKo, Wal-Mart, K-Mart Woodman's and The Pig within less than a seven min drive from your store.
