Bear in mind that these are highly trained people who are under an extreme amount of pressure to perform well. I had two hip replacements by Dr. Buchert which are fine. One has dislocated twice, but I'm not sure I would blame the surgeon for that. It could've been a defective hip joint, considering it was 11 years ago. Overall I've decent experiences.

My father regularly goes to this clinic and the secretary that answers the phones currently had…read morebeen nothing but RUDE and condescending 5o my elderly, disabled father in regards to a prescription and after several calls back and forth and her giving my dad attitude she realized she had the script in the system and wouldn't even apologize for the mistake on her part! My father deals with enough aggravation with constant pain he doesn't need someone being rude and making it complicated to receive a script his doctor said he would give him. He doesn't even want to complain because he's scared she'll intentionally make things harder for him when dealing with this facility.
