I took my car to Integrity after their phone quote was a bit lower than other garages in Beloit…read more The guys at Integrity--Lee, in particular--worked to find ways to lower the cost for me, including cleaning and fixing old parts rather than replacing them. The other shops wanted to get me for that part, and extra labor. I had a very tight time frame to get the repairs done, and Integrity told me they would meet my schedule. The problem ended up taking longer than expected, but I never felt like the shop was running me around. Integrity was very communicative with me, and even gave me a loaner car for the evening so I could buy groceries and supplies for my upcoming road trip. After the work was done, they double- and triple-checked my car with a road test, and actually made some adjustments after the test, without any extra fees. Then they tested the fix again. Lee made sure that I didn't leave his shop unsatisfied, and although I'm certain I was one of their less agreeable customers, I am enthused with their performance and service. I never felt like they were screwing me around, and their "multi-point inspection" came to my phone online, complete with pictures of my car for every problem they found. I would happily recommend Integrity to anyone in need of repairs in the area. P.S. Their waiting lounge is quite comfortable, and not depressing and old like most other shops.

I'm beyond happy that I did! I'd reached out to a few detailers before and most backed away once they saw my photos and list of requests -- not Manny. He was totally up for the challenge. He showed up right on time, fully equipped, and ready to go (I was actually the one running late!). We walked around the vehicle together so he knew exactly what I wanted, and he took it from there. Manny is super detailed, worked patiently on each section, and used top-tier products. He even fixed a few small flaws I hadn't mentioned and made them look brand new. What stood out most was his dedication -- he never rushed or cut corners and made sure I was 100% happy before packing up. The price was totally reasonable for the quality of work. Friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what he does. My car looks amazing. Five stars all the way for Manny and Deluxe Detailing!
