I went to this shop in January to early February. I took my car in because my ceiling was sagging because of 22in screen. I had to take it in twice because he had made screwed it in so tight that my sunroof's fabric covered panel (the part you hv the slide back to expose the sunroof) could not move. So I had to take it back to his shop for the second time. He spent about 20min in it & it was fixed...or so I thought. I got in my car & fabric covered panel was pushed back so naturally I was happy that he fixed it. Until I slid it forward , & that's when I noticed a 9 inch gash in the fabric! (There was a 1.78 inch rip in it that I had to disclose to the dealership). I was livid! I was already enroute back to Fort Riley, so I didn't hv time to go back to his shop. I called him & asked him what happened & why he failed to mentioned that he 'accidentally' destroyed from panel. I further explained that I'm suppose to trade the car in & that's going to affect the value. He was more than prompt to let me know that that car deserts hip that I'm taking it too is not fair & they should not lower the value! And I was like well that's not the fkin point! You damaged my car! You need to fix this. It is now 8 February 2016, & it has not been fixed. Every time I call, the act so annoyed & they take down my name & number & never get back to me. I do not recommend anyone do business with them. He's rly nice & so is the female that works up front. But the end result of their work is garbage!

Brian did a good job repainting our 1998 Camry. Great job Brian.

I showed up on my lunch break and these guys were able to quickly help me out with a bumper repair. Great experience here!

After some minor paint damage happened to my car, I took it to Dacus for an estimate. After insurance processed it, we received a check for $500 less than what the claim had been. I called the insurance company to ask why this was, and they said that Dacus had agreed to do the work for the lower price, so with my deductible and the check they had sent I would be good to go. I called Dacus to schedule to work, however they surprised me: They said they didn't care what they had agreed to with the insurance company, they would be charging me the full price on the original estimate, and probably more, and I would just have to eat what insurance didn't cover. Thankfully, I called my insurance and was able that check voided (it was addressed to the body shop), and found another body shop that agreed to do the work at the price that Dacus had agreed to do it for before they tried to make me pay the original estimate price out of pocket. The insurance company had the documentation that Dacus had agreed to do the work for that lower price, email trail and everything, so Dacus apparently thought they would just agree to the lower price and then get some extra money on top out of me. No thanks.
