Mary's Appliance is the best local place to get any of your appliance needs. I went in needing a…read morenew Washer/Dryer and Fridge. Well Mary's really went the extra mile. Long story short, my parents bought a new fridge and wanted to give us her old one. They not only went over and installed the new fridge at my parents place but then hauled the old fridge to my house and installed my washer/dryer, and fridge. As if that wasn't enough, they price matched my washer/dryer to get me over $400 in savings. I would recommend them to anybody. 10/10

She had become an avid promoter of Falls City and had developed a great love of the community so it was only natural that she would continue selling Appliances after Sears left. The customer base did not let her down and 22 years later Mary's is the largest Appliance business in the three state corner. Supported by Jeff Martineau and Kenny Strathman, dedicated salesmen, who share the belief that customer satisfaction is the most important part of the job and backed by a service center, run by Marty Elwonger, to service after the sale. Installation and Delivery services provided by Calvin Puckett, will take care of installing, instruction, and haul away of your old appliances. Jamie Strathman will offer you a major part extended warranty and do some of the mounds of paperwork required. Clearly Mary's Appliance is a team effort by employees who take pride in customer service. Mary's Appliance is a member of Brand Source, a small merchant buying group, which provides them the edge to compete with the big box stores and chains in the cities to keep prices competitive, thus keeping you at home.

Horror story with Riley's!!…read more *** DISCLAIMER. I REALIZE THESE ARE USED APPLIANCES WITH SOME RISK. THAT IS NOT MY ISSUE HERE**** I bought used appliances back in December 2021. They were initially delivered Dec 9th. I bought the appliances because I had a new tenant from out of state and she had been living in a hotel with a new job and basically had no furniture no appliances. Nothing to speak of. When I reached out to Riley's they were very helpful at getting me a decent not great price on the refrigerator, washer, and dryer. You can note the prices in my screenshot. The horror begins approximately 14 months later. THE WASHING MACHINE FAILS FEBRUARY 11, 2023 I call Riley's and they go to the house. Chris calls me and tells me they couldn't work on it that day because they need a special tool that they didn't have with them, and that tool is at the shop. He told me they would return the following day. That isn't what happened. They went back that day and picked up the washing machine, repaired it and delivered it back the next day without ever telling me anything. They charged me a pick up fee, a delivery fee, as well as parts and labor for a grand total of $255 on a used $320 machine that broke after one year! The only time I was informed of anything is when the bill came. Which I paid!!! I was not happy about it and let Teresa know. She told me Chris would call me that afternoon. He never called! THE STORY DOES NOT END HERE!! July 2023 the washer fails again, I call them up. They do go out for free, I will give them that, and tell me that it's going to be probably $400 to repair!!! Along with a pick up and delivery fee!! When I am speaking to Teresa on the phone she tells me it just isn't even worth it to fix it, I agree and tell her it wasn't worth it the last time in February. she replies yes it was. I responded with $255 to repair a $320 machine that is not worth it. THE BEST PART!!!! Teresa then tells me. I DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS!!! she hangs up She didn't need to convince me to try her business again or to convince me not to use it. It is a no brainer. I only hope that others will take my experience and maybe decide for themselves. Do they want to be told by Riley's "I don't want your business"
