Our house project was a nightmare from the get-go. The roof literally had to be taken on and off…read morethree times. The non-english speaking crew that they sent out could care less how they put on the panels. They scratched everything up. They missed screws they bent metal , left trash all over my yard all the time Etc. I had framing issues Plumbing issues front door issues and so on. The only reason they got two stars is because they did come out and fix what they needed to fix but come on, do it right the first time. We have front doors now that are warped and because I sold the house to someone else, they will not back up their work. So whatever you do, still tell them you own the house otherwise nothing is covered. God forbid they should back up their work even if it sold to a new person who is now very unhappy. The vinyl siding alone, was about $350.00, delivered to my home, as opposed to $600.00 I would have had to pay the more popular hardware store in the area. The people are extremely nice & helpful. They always have plenty of help when I go in and I have never had to wait around to be accommodated. I usually hate shopping, but this is one store I enjoy going to.

If you want to install a well pump tell them how you want to do it, the employee will set you up with the correct pump the amount of pipe and fittings you will need along with all electrical breakers and cable even the correct filter if needed. This is something the big box stores just can not or will not do. Really enjoy buying from this hometown business.
