Purchased floral arrangements for my mother's funeral and was devastatingly disappointed. The…read morearrangements meant to honor my mother were sparse, full of greenery, and had mostly cheap Shasta daises. I genuinely could've gotten a better bouquet at safeway. None of the Bouquets match the photos on their website. Complete misrepresentation of what we would receive. Included photos of what was received vs what is posted in their website. EDIT / UPDATE : To help further clarify - paid $400 but would've happily paid more if deemed necessary - Exact measurements were provided for the photo garlands (and were supposed to be much bigger) - While not exact bouquets were picked from the website, the complete lack of anything comparable is quite evident -Shasta daisies and carnations are nowhere comparable to white lilies and/or white roses. Both of which we received in bouquets gifted to us by friends and family, purchased by the same florist, so we are aware that they should be available for our purchase. -specifically asked for peonies and received none at all. We know they are in season as our backyard is blooming with them.

I called and told Brenda that we had an approved budget - she was happy to work within that. Fantastic! She said that she would get them out that afternoon. We had a tiny snafu with the total charge not being what Brenda and I had spoken about on the phone and she revealed that it was an accident by a new employee (grace given - we've all been there). She was FAST to respond to me and she applied a refund for the unexpected amount as soon as she was back in the shop. Although I didn't get to see the bouquet they sent, I trust that it was amazing from the other reviews. My 5 stars are for the ease of working with Brenda and the prompt customer service when an issue came up. I would use them again in a second.

Wonderful customer service and beautiful flower arrangement…read more Ordered an arrangement on their website, which was very easy to navigate. I called the following day to see if the flowers had been delivered. There ended up being a small delay as there was an issue-not due to floral shop. Due to the delay, they added a box of chocolates. Flowers were delivered the same day. The arrangement itself is beautiful and vibrant. I would definitely order again from here.

1st Class!!! After…read morebeing badly hornswoggled with Blossom Flower Delivery's Google ads that they were #1 Florist in Langley, WA, and a Top Florist for 30 years -- the explicitly promised delivery did NOT happen, and reaching customer service was a long and horrible story in itself (oh, why hadn't I come to BBB or googled reviews first!)... ... and afterwards, almost succumbing to yet another [also sponsored!] ad for Ava's Flowers being a local Langley shop (vs. Newark, Delaware, as noted in bold at the very bottom of their webpage), I then trusted blessed Yelp to help identify Langley's actual brick and mortar stores.... A Special Touch Flowers and Gifts was ranked #2 of 28, from the entire geographical region. An appropriate ranking, indeed, despite the number of reviews as only 1? (But they're ranked 4.3 stars from 12 reviews on google.) Calling too early at PDT, and hours apart, with my EST, I followed their recorded instructions to order online. While much seemed to be unwanted custom -- I later learned they stopped affiliating with either Teleflora or FTD -- I selected a pictured dish garden, chose which size, filled in what I wanted on the card, and in the Special Instructions area, explained my situation and the sad terminal diagnosis, sharing I MUST have confirmation of same day delivery availability, and to please email or call. With beloved's difficulties in either speaking and/or hearing, the living (loved) plants were my best far-away way of trying to reach out. Then, the call came, first thing, at 9 am PDT time. Wow! A real live, caring person. A real store. We discussed what would be different from what was pictured. And I received, as promised, email confirmation of delivery, when the timely delivery actually occurred. I'm confused by the A+ rating, when it says they're not BBB accredited. But I wanted to be sure to leave word at BBB (and Google and Yelp!) that you can buy from A Special Touch Flowers and Gifts with confidence! They are Special!!!

I live in another state and so everything had to be done long-distance. I sent a Facebook message to them early one morning inquiring if they could reproduce an arrangement I had found. They responded very quickly with both a message and phone call. I wanted something different for my grandfather and they were very accommodating- they took my picture and ran with it. They emailed me a picture for my approval and even when I asked for them to add more flowers, they were happy to do it. The arrangement turned out beautifully and their pricing was incredibly reasonable. I couldn't make it home to my grandfather's funeral but Nancy and Susan took an incredibly difficult situation and helped me through it. Their customer service was beyond reproach- unlike the two other local stores who didn't even bother responding to my email inquiries. Don't bother going anywhere else!
