My driver, LeRoy, showed up precisely on time, helped with the luggage, and was a total southern gentleman (though he has migrated north, the manners are still courtly). You DO have to call and confirm when you reserve online, but I think that is more for fraud prevention than anything else, since the phone confirmation only took a minute. Yellow Cab is less expensive than an airport limo ($37 from Comstock Park to GRR), and I'd have given them five stars if they had rock bottom prices, but if they did they would probably lose all the nice drivers. In short, I'm keeping this company in my phone and will use them the next time I'm in GR.
