The building is a stand-alone so there was plenty of parking and an outside seating area for use as well. My event was a total of 8hrs on a Saturday. It was enough time to set up, party and break down without rushing. the day of Coordinator was HELPFUL with setting my tables (because my Decorator canceled and we had to last minute DIY). The booking process was easy, and the team who runs it is very responsive. I'd use this venue again! The only things to note in terms of whether or not the venue will work for you are as follows: The "Sky box" room has a steep flight of stairs to access, no elevator. The bathroom is separated by a curtain, no wall, so ti is not soundproof. That was fine for us, as it was a busy party with lots of background noise so it was private enough.

The drinks tasted good and were not too heavy on alcohol. Word to the wise, all these purchases have a built in 20% gratuity. The organizer, Maurice, was friendly and worked the room. Eventbrite tells you entry is free to the first 20 entrants: I recommend paying $40 for a booth or $25 for a table up front. So scroll down and examine all your options. The brick walls and large window panes give it a very trendy and urban look - perfect for any type of event. The have gorgeous white drapes/curtains that are hanging all around the venue. It adds some elegance to it. There's PLENTY of parking space. There's about 300 spots conveniently next to the venue. Such a gorgeous place! I hope to one day host an event here!

It wasn't a major issue, but it did take away from the overall experience. The tables and chairs need to be reupholstered or replaced, as the chairs we had damaged two of our table guest's dresses.
