John Ferguson is a crook and should not be trusted as a rental agent to rent your property or to collect your rent and pay the homeowner. He preyed on our elderly mother - collected our renters money - did not pay us. But in the meantime people we know told us about his lavish lifestyle traveling attending sporting events, purchasing a new car for his 16 yr old daughter, among other things.
