Everything looks natural and she went above and beyond to give me the best results and I'm so thankful for that! If you are on the fence like I was, I highly recommend Dr. Harrington and her whole team. The original consultation with Saebra is what finally sold me on getting this done after 13 years of wanting it and multiple consultations. Her kindness and knowledge (and personality) made me feel like it was a great fit. She really put my racing mind at ease. Once I met with Dr. Harrington I felt even more confident to proceed to the surgery. She is to the point, confident, and knows how to take care of you, both in surgery and with any worries. She knows what it takes to make the results look great and she checks in before to see if you are ok with that route. I whole heartedly trusted her to do what she thought was best and I can't thank her enough for how well she did with my results. I worry a lot and they were there with any questions/concerns I had, both pre op and post op.

Update Today 2-16-2024 They called today wanting me to make…read morea follow up (I called them shortly after my first and I told them that I would not be coming back there). They called me today wanting me to make a follow up appointment. I told them I will not come back and to stop calling me and I hung up. She had the nerve to call me right back and said to give her a minute to talk me. I told her NO STOP CALLING ME. THIS IS HARRASSMENT! Then I hung up. Luckily they did not call back again. Stay away from this they will harass you. FYI I found a different dermatologist that is treated my issue for $45.00 a year. The redness is gone. This place went right to the most expensive medication before trying anything else. Felt very uncomfortable from the minute I walked in the door. Front end was only worried about a missing hundred dollars. I felt like I was just a bothering the entire staff and wasting their time. I just wanted out of there. I waited over two months to be seen and regret going there. Told me my redness in face would not go away. The reason I went there in the first place. Then ptrescribed me medication (one was not covered by insurance. Cost of the medication $596.00 and not going help with the redness). Then what is the point in taking medication if is not going to help. They told me I had to use their mail order services for prescriptions. Did not get to see a doctor for new Patient visit. Tried to sell me a bunch of over counter stuff that I could get else where much cheaper for exact same thing.. They did not even try or give me other options. Then wanted me to buy their insurance. No pictures were taken.

Anywhere but here…read more I'm going to start off by saying DO NOT BOOK your surgery here. THEY WILL STEAL your money. Booked a consultation and felt very uncomfortable and left with a ton of questions that were not clarified. I booked a surgery date of June 10th with the caveat that I would need to quit smoking 4 weeks before surgery. Anyone who has had to do this knows it's difficult. I reached out a little over a month before surgery and asked about the timelines because I was getting nervous about quitting and had just picked up my meds to quite. The response I received is attached to the review. Never once did I mention not having the surgery but they immediately went to how I was now having to pay $4000 to book. Disgusting, fraudulent and unprofessional to say the least. Nobody in their right mind would allow someone to perform surgery on their face after being treated like this. Be aware. It's clear they don't care about their patients. I also did some digging and their results are photoshopped. Stay aware .

I was told I couldn't get an appointment until early October, and I agreed to wait for that date. I put it on my calendar for October 5th. As the day came closer, and I was looking forward to the much awaited appointment, I called to confirm what day it was just to make sure. I received a call back from the desk staff, and was then told there was no appointment. I spoke to the office manager, and she refused to give me an appointment, even though I let her know I had called numerous times to get that appointment, waited almost 3 months for it, and she still refused. When I asked to speak with the doctor, they refused to let me speak with her as well, saying she was in surgery and they were the only ones to speak with clients. I asked the staff to have her call me when she was available. A week later, I have still not received a call back, nor the courtesy of a reply from anyone else in the office. Perhaps this is a blessing in disguise if this is how this doctor handles her potential clients. (I only added 1 star to be able to post this review - it is actually a zero star review)
