Ken, the owner, was the only one not requiring a deposit. (Others wanted 50% but weren't going to order my materials or put me in line to schedule until I closed). His estimate was in line with the others and he advised us on what we need if we ever wanted a pool. He did several other fences in our neighborhood and came highly recommended. He can get a bit of a temper, but in the end we got our fence installed three weeks after closing for our dog. We're thrilled with the look and installation. Ken was on site and directed/did the install with two other guys. With so many scammers taking the money and not showing up, I was thrilled to work with Ken. Quality work at a reasonable price.
