That was not the price we discussed before I got there. I feel he took advantage of me being a woman and in desperate need to get my calipers replaced. I trusted him to do a complete brake job with the parts I brought in. A year later, I need new pads for my brakes

The drill is if you are having a problem, leave your vehicle with them, they diagnose, and call you back with an estimate. Oil changes, brake work, most recently a battery change. The work done was great, with high-quality customer service and fair prices. But you could find all those statements on any other auto repair shop review, so here's the difference... I really enjoy going there. The atmosphere is relaxed, the people there are approachable and friendly. Talking about my car's needs is like talking to a concerned friend rather than a mysterious expert looking to book your business. Minnies Auto does good work, plain and simple. They do it with a refreshing spirit and attitude. And that makes a difference when I'm spending my hard-earned dollars. Give'm a shot. I promise they won't disappoint.

I had a very unsatisfactory experience with this service. They kept my car for three weeks,…read moreconstantly providing false information about waiting for parts. I later discovered that they couldn't complete the job due to a lack of manpower. They didn't even offer a loaner vehicle during this time. My stance is that they should have informed their customer so I can make a decision to stay or go elsewhere. To make matters worse, the representative dared to say that when I brought the car back, they would give me a $50 credit. Really? If they were sincere about their excuses and the long duration they kept my car, that credit should have been applied when I picked it up after three weeks. Eventually, someone was honest enough to tell me the truth. I finally picked up my Maserati and parked it in my garage until returning from a trip, only to discover that my left center wheel cap was missing. When I called them, the representative said it probably fell off and that he had video evidence showing the cap was there when I brought it into their shop. However, that wasn't the issue; yes, it might have been there initially, but what happened to it afterward? Overall, their customer service was poor, and I will never return. I do not value their services or work at all. Beware!

All three times they keep my vehicle over three weeks. When I called to check on how it was coming along the owner lied to me three separate times that I called. One time I had my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee in their shop they closed up shop for ten days and never called me to tell me so and when I told them at that time the voice mail box was full and I had to drive across town to see what was going on I saw a note on the door saying they closed shop for ten days, can you believe this crap.
