The trucks do not have any type of locking mechanism and are left in an open, unsecured lot away from the facility which is prime for gas syphoning. Basically, I came home to find the ENTERPRISE truck rental had been removed from my legal parking spot. After urgent phone calls found it had been towed - but without cause. Thankfully - upon reporting the truck was impounded and not available until opening on Monday the immediate actions of Mr Phillips and Mr Morgan went far beyond normal business expectations. I had a business trip planned - so this created great conflict and potentially losing over $500k in contracts. We're very thankful for the tremendous service and support from Mr Phillips and Morgan. They expedited the release of the truck from the city pound - and had a backup plan if this had failed.
