Can't say enough about the comfort. The bed and bedding are amazing, didn't want to get up and out this morning. High quality products for use in the bath as well. A simple continental breakfast was offered that had everything I wanted. Coffee made fresh by the cup. No elevator so be prepared to walk up. But I was nicely offered assistance with my suitcase so really no big deal. A great find in London.

This was our first time staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Stratford. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the tube (subway). Close enough to walk with our luggage. It was a pleasant 2 night stay at this HIE. Staff was cordial. Breakfast was included with our reservation, and it was busy the two mornings of our stay. The breakfast here was similar to the breakfast offered at the Holiday Inn Express United States locations. Big difference to me is that they do not have those yummy cinnamon rolls in this HIE in Stratford. Our room was fine. Clean and comfortable. Most importantly, we got a good night's sleep each night. As long as the rates are reasonable, it looks like this Holiday Inn Express will now be the place we stay when we travel to London in the future.

So, it did the trick and was/is reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the heart of London. The breakfast buffet is top notch, which seems pretty rare for a chain like this, and the employees are nice. The room was nice and I really have no complaints... except. No room service. You order and have to go down to the bar to get it yourself when it's ready, which kind of defeats the purpose. And don't even think about ordering the burger... holy hell, how can you mess up a burger that much? The employees really don't do well as tourist guides, though I know that's not their job, but one would think they'd be able to assist with basic touristy questions. Otherwise, all good! Prost!

After the concert (which was amazing) we came back and hung out at the hotel bar. They had given us a coupon for a free drink but it ended up being some premixed mess that we refused and purchased delicious drinks of our choice. The bartenders were slammed and ended up forgetting that my sister was the one that ordered 2 of her drink(French 75) and I only ordered 1(Hugo spritz). They gave me 2 drinks as well and I said thank you. We enjoyed our drinks sitting in the lobby listening to music until we were ready for bed. It had been a long ass day! They gave us an amazing late checkout at like 1pm, which I really appreciated. Overall, the Moxie is alright with me.

I have to get these pillows for home. No elevator but they will happily help you up the stairs with luggage so no problem there. There's a wonderful roof deck to sit out on a sunny day. We had a delicious lunch which they brought up to the deck for us. They even provided umbrellas as the sun got to be too much and there is no shade. We even came back after check out for lunch in the pub the next day, which really shows how good it was. A great find in the neighborhood where my son lives so I will for sure be back.

Like a laundry mat, or what street is the subway located on, and I wasn't asking the maid or janitor I'm asking the front desk. As a matter of fact, the people that are in charge of being in direct contact with the guests don't even speak English well.
