My only complaint would be that my initial intake eval was a disheartening, but that therapist is no longer there. He made me feel like I was over stating my injury despite a partially torn ligament, hamstring tear, and small fracture. He spoke like I should already be back to work (12 hour shifts with a lot of walking). That really got in my head and made me feel awful. Thankfully my orthopedist disagreed with him. My therapy itself has been outstanding from day one. I credit the therapists/trainers for getting me safely back to work, and guiding me to better health and strength. They were extremely rude and called me untruthful when I have no reason to lie, I was going based off what I was told. They told me I was "changing my story" and that "Andy would never do that" when my story had not changed at all, I was communicating that it was unfair to have all my appointments cancelled when I was simply following orders. I have been waiting months for this care and to be treated like this is absolutely unacceptable. I have never been treated this badly by healthcare professionals before.
