This is a family business and I feel honored to have at minimum meet Brian and his wife plus a few of their children but they have such a great story that you can get an idea of on their website and I hope others get to meet them as well. So for my project, the positive experience started from my first interaction with Epperson Electric when I went on Yelp (I also checked out their website) and asked for a quote, the response was very quick and we meet Brian, the owner, within a couple days where he walked me through the estimation, how the project would unfold and asked what I wanted plus gave me options to several things, it was very interactive experience. The estimate was very reasonable for the size of the project and I could tell that this was not "just another project" to Brian, but that he is passionate about quality of his work and this is very aligned to my own ideas and expectations. The work that Brian did was exceptional, because he didn't just wire my shop and dig a trench and lay the pipe for the hookup to the transformer, but he paid attention to the little details that you only really notice if quality of work is important to you like, straight wire runs even when no one else will see them, all the new boxes were perfectly level, the existing light fixtures being reworked and the wires were nicely zip tied and look clean, the 240' trench was perfect even though our water company's spray marks for their lines were 9' off where they marked and caused issues but everything went as planned with high quality craftmanship. I don't know if I have effectively communicated in words to everyone just how impressed I am with Epperson Electric, Brian, and his quality of work and knowledge but I will say that I will never use anyone else for any of my electrical projects in the future.

He was extremely professional, capable and thorough. He communicated with me along the way, explained everything he saw and recommended for servicing and then proceeded to make the repairs. He could repair the unit, about $1800 however our unit still used the R22 , which is being phased out. This could not be warranted as the unit is old but that is an option . The other option was to get a new unit which we chose. He gave us a heck of a price. He and Courtney did an excellent ​ job​. The install went in flawlessly. I appreciate that they picked everything up when they were done, left it as they found it. Kirk followed up the next day. Also said he will be out in about a week to check the system again.
