They had 4 guys pressure washing the exterior prior to entering the wash. They got every sun baked dead bug off the windshield and bumper. Also he offered a free vacuum if needed. The price I dont think you can beat. It was way less than what I pay around here which is atleast $25 for the same wash features. Great service, great price and great workers!

IT WAS OBVIOUS!!! he couldn't get out of there fast enough. Truck wash itself was mediocre at best. Trailer washout was very poor. Kid made two passes and tried to call it a day. As there was still black water dripping and a huge cloud of black dust in the trailer; I asked the kid if he could make another pass. I told him I would be more then happy to pay more as I was picking up high caliber food grade product and it needed to be clean. He was nice so he made another pass. The litinus test for cleaning the inside of a trailer is very simple when the water run off turns clear the trailer is clean. Absolutely NO attempt was made on that level. No lead guy didn't bother to check at all . When the kid done, I asked if he had a squeegee as there was quite a bit of standing water on the floor and it was going to be cold enough to turn it to ice. The kid to go look. I was reaching in my back pocket to grab a 20 spot for thr kid when the lead guy suddenly walked out and with a no uncertain terms voice of authority said that's all you get! Apparently he just didn't want my money or to make sure my trailer was clean. He just didn't care if he had a happy customer or repeat business. They should change all their signs to rinse instead of wash. It would be more appropriate.

Be warned: This is NOT a touchless car wash and while inside the wash itself, your car sounds like it's taking a good beating. I have noticed some very small scratches on my 2016 car since going here and also some scratching on both front headlights that was not there before. My car is clean afterwards but there are always some water spots left behind. They do offer an abundance of free vacuums for anyone, which includes two separate nozzles and also an air compressor blower. There is a car mat cleaner and also a vending machine which sells air fresheners, microfiber cleaning cloths and towels, cleaning wipes, and more. I would have given 5 stars if it was touchless, due to the minor scratches it leaves behind as it is now.

They asked if we had been to Metro and said they had had 20 cars over the last few weeks with the same issue.
