After not hearing back from John, I reached out a week later and was ignored. I was told 3 weeks later via facebook messenger that he'd be there on that friday. I rearranged my schedule. He didn't show and gave no response to me. I continued to follow up and have been strung along and ignored with not as much as an acknowledgement that they failed to follow through. It is shamefully impressive to me that this is how a business operates. Learn from my negative experience and dont waste your time trying to work with this "business."
