I had an agreement with them to cut certain branches at my house for an agreed amount. I was gone when they came to cut my trees. They made my wife pay the full amount in advance of doing any work. When I got home I found that they didn't do all of the work that I paid them to do. I have left them 2 messages to come back and finish the job or give a refund. They are ignoring my calls! Have had Travis and crew trim and remove trees over the past years and their service has been excellent. They are hard workers and I have been very happy with their clean up methods after they finish cutting! Prices are reasonable and they have all the required equipment to complete the job regardless of the size! I would be very hard pressed to find any tree service better!! read more
