Good location convenient to Camp Hill and vicinity. Not a big fan of the giant depression in the pavement where the sewer inlet is, so avoid that if you have a low rider. I'll be back when nearby, but I won't feel all warm and fuzzy about it. Overall Members is a good credit union, so there's that!

If you call the 1-800 line, you could speak to someone in a reasonable length of time. It seems like this credit union got too big too fast and despite the name, they don't put members first. I recently was at this branch and there was one teller working and several customers in line. I went to nearby Belco when I left -- and I think you could put the entire Belco building inside of the Members 1st lobby -- and they had four tellers available. The teller who waited on me smiled and was pleasant. The teller who waited on me at Members 1st earlier did not smile nor was friendly. Calling the 1-800 hotline is frustrating not only because of hold times but because most things I reach out to them for, I get referred back to the local branch. Yet trying to call the local branch and asking a question is a challenge because they don't have phone numbers. When I want to contact a business and ask a question, I expect any customer service contact point to be helpful - not to be told to reach out to someone else. I have already downsized the amount of funds in my Members 1st accounts and the amount and type of transactions I involve them in. There are other financial services providers that provide better and friendlier service. Members 1st, what happened?

Zelle called and asked who I was sending money to and why and many other irrelevant and personal questions. After I answered these likely illegal questions, they said the transaction is approved and will go through. Five minutes later, she calls back and said the transaction is on hold until I go into a branch office with I.D. It was a good thing there was a branch eight miles close by. They shut down my account entirely. I couldn't even log in. Mind you, I was simply trying to send money through Zelle. I get to the branch and swipe my card and pin verify with my I.D. The banker Erin called Zelle. Again with the long list of the same personal/private questions of who I sending money to and why. I was really surprised. It was almost as if they were trying to get me to say, "It's my money and none of your business." It was on the tip of my tongue but I just wanted this painful interaction to end so I answered the quetions. I've been banking with WellsFargo for a long time but it's time to find a new bank that doesn't offensively intrude on my finances and create unnecessary problems to these othewise simple transactions.

I've been with PNC for 25 years, as well as having accounts at several other banks over the years…read more I think they're fair with most banking products, but certainly nothing is free anymore, at least not without a large checking, savings, or loan account. In general, a good bank with many locations throughout the US. I did have a an issue that delayed closing by 6 months on a refinance for an investment property. I will never use PNC for a commercial or business loan due to this. Perhaps a home mortgage, but probably not even that. Totally satisfied otherwise with the company. This branch is modern and conveniently located in the Camp Hill shopping center by some of my regular stops. My main gripe with PNC at all of the branches is having to fill-out a deposit or withdrawal slip. This is the only one of all the banks I frequent that still does this. I will go inside only if making a large withdrawal. Otherwise, I ALWAYS use the ATM because it's so much quicker. I should reduce this review by 2 stars, but PNC and I go way back and I'll cut them some slack.
