Price important, but quality was the driving factor. I was very impressed with him, personally, as he actually does the work - not a sales person that hasn't actually done the work. His explanation of work required was clear and concise. Based upon other Yelp reviews, I KNEW his quality would be outstanding. A delightful surprise was that his pricing was also very reasonable. Chuck is a true professional. He did a great job and, as a result, has earned my strongest possible recommendation. Well done!

I had a 9am appointment and he arrived at 8:55am with a pen and notepad in his hand. The quote was sent via email the next business day and he followed up a few days later to see if I wanted the work done. I prefer to pay more through a company instead of someone using YouTube and no skill. He also pointed out a few items I needed to take a look in the future so it doesn't get worst. I honestly appreciate the work and will be using in the future.
