I watched his crew and was impressed at the workmanship and how well they cleaned up after. His crew is considerate & respectful. I contacted the company and Seth Droddy responded quickly. He has been roofing since a teenager and knows what he is doing. I just happened to mention Droddy to my son and he said hire him. He has installed 2 roofs for his houses. Although it wasnt necessary, I witnessed one of his crew blowing sawdust from my neighbors roof; without either of us asking him to do it. One of my gutters was slightly dented and scratched. Without me even knowing about it, he had a new gutter installed and paid for at his expense! Seth Droddy was a great help managing our insurance claim and walked us through the process. I found it a pleasure going with Droddy. I trust him and expect he will do an excellent job for you.

The price was about 650$. Then we asked where the leak was because it's a little ridiculous to do that without knowing where the leak was. So we got a leak detection price. $1350.00. I almost croaked. We asked them to leave and called another company. Their leak price is $100.00 and will come off the price if they do the repair. Worse part is it was for my daughter so if I wasn't there what would have happened. Last week they told her she needed a new unit. Oh and she has a service contract with them. Canceled that too. Highly unethical to try to rip of a young lady.

Their response was very quick and they came out to give me an estimate of what we wanted. After they gave me the price, my wife and I both agreed it was a fair price and called them back to tell them to go ahead with the job. Justin came by the next morning with the contract and we paid half down for them to get the necessary materials. Justin and his crew came back the next morning and got the fence installed as we agreed. They did a really great job and installed a gate for my wife to get through to her chicken coop. It was just what we wanted to keep the animals in the back half of our yard. I highly recommend Justin and his crew at Gravett Fence Company! Also with mention of Justin's wife Ashley kept us informed as Justin had to go way out of his way to round up the necessary materials as the local supplier was out of what he needed. I really appreciated her keeping me in the loop and up to date on what was going on!!!. I will use them again if I have any fencing needs! Randy Grable

Chad Rutty is amazing and went far beyond what most other business owners would do. 2,000 miles away, with renters in my Groves, TX home, I called him and said my a/c was out. In the middle of a heat wave, he dropped everything and immediately went to restore air for the third time in three years. My a/c unit was original to my home, built in 1998. Rutty has kept it running for me, but we decided it was time to replace the unit rather that feeding money into a 24 year old unit. I'm still 2,000 miles away and couldn't even get a check to him. He trusted me to pay him, and didn't let the family in my home suffer for a day. His service is exemplary.
