Update 11/22/23: Dan, practice manager extraordinaire, just called me and said due to my honest and…read moreinsightful review, I am now banned from accessing my children's healthcare portals--meaning they will no longer list me as a medical proxy for my own children, or communicate with me in any way. If this doesn't scream shady business I don't know what does. RUN. Horrific vaccine practices at this dump. Vaccinating children 6-10 times in ONE sitting while they already have an infection or impending infection. In a custody battle currently, and my ex and this pediatricians office and their incompetent money hungry physicians are equally as much of a problem as the other. Dan is a rude condescending individual who takes zero time to listen and/or address my concerns. They want to keep business booming so they juice up the kids on numerous vaccines, all at once, make their commission (s), capitalize on their incentives, and BAM now they have returning customers who are ALWAYS SICK. Funny how that works. When my custody battle ends, this practice will be the next in line. Damaging my children by way of harmful medical practices--especially without mothers consent is not going to fly Mr. and Mrs.GLASS. Looking forward to seeing you in the future.

About two years ago my daughter who was 10 was a patient. Not only did they miss a bunch of obvious…read morethings like one of her legs being shorter then other. but i had to have a physical therapist ask for an Xray, because they wouldn't listen to me , long story short my daughter has a rare disease. They sent me to ortho. then repeated to try to set me up with ortho after he said she needs to go to oncology long story short several calls trying to figure out which way to turn they told me i needed an appointment to talk to the dr. When i showed up with out my ten year old at the time i got mistreated by The medical manager who is linda glasses brother! Telling me i am going to go to whatever god damn dr they tell me too, and i am not to come to the office without my daughter because they could not charge my insurance!!! by the way they charged my daughter for a heart and lung appointment they never forward to maine med! among other things ! Just so you know this medical director i believe his name is Dan? is not a doctor and going in a room while your child is being talked about is a HIPPA violation i am a nurse. along with the fact that this already upset mom that was told her daughter was thought to have cancer just needed to get direction not harassed by a bully! I am discussed in the way i was treated i will never allow anyone i care about to go to these heartless money hungry people. would post 0 stars but it wont let me!
