I found it peculiar that they would not show you the office where you would spend 40 hours a week of your time until the Friday before you start the job on Monday, I now know why. I had mixed feelings of what I thought would be a good work environment instead I saw a cramped work environment, 3 people in one office the size of my coat closet, that made me nervous and suspicious that day. I started my first day on the job, what a nightmare . Company was not prepared, so i arrived to empty desk with no computer and was told to sit with a grouchy, mumbling, unmarried pregnant kid whom is 8 months pregnant, who should of have been responsible to know to be prepared with a professional outline of detailed daily job responsibilities. I have a feeling she was insecure about training anyone that would outperform her and left out pertinent information of her daily routine. I did not get hands on training as I was promised during interview, I did not get a computer for a week to have the hands on, even when I finally get computer, I would sit at my desk trying to navigate my way around to vital files, etc.. the pregnant girl and her rude partner would scream and say WHAT ARE YOU DOING? You are suppose to sit next to pregnant girl and watch and take notes!! How can anyone take notes from this girl who is spinning her mouse curser in circles on her computer and opening and closing documents every two seconds without explanation of what part of the job is that suppose to be? So that week was a waste of time, same incompetence 2nd week! Boss walks in knowing I did not have a computer for a week or any hands on training ! Had the nerve to ask "What did you learn so far, step by step" what an insult to my intelligence! I was amazed that was coming from the woman I interviewed with and respected until that day! All respect flew out the window. As time went on I was convinced this pregnant girl must be paranoid she would not have a job to return to after maternity leave and did not reveal her job duties and withholds pertinent information that keeps business running. Apparently she is not professional and only focused on her self needs not the business needs. Well in the middle of week three, the girl hands over a stack of folders to process bills, letters, etc immediately with a stopwatch to complete in 15 minutes while breathing heavily over my shoulder watchingI when my training only consisted of watch a mouse curse go in circles on the computer screen of the so called professional who is incompetent! Heck this business uses a 1988 mainframe they call Green SCREEN ! Not to mention most of the invoices they produce are hand written and plus they still use one of those 1979 wet fax machines! Talk about old school outdated business practices, I had to put on my 1980s thinking cap on, that was not easy, and considering I had no hands on training and the training I did get was being forced to sut next to and watch this girl burp, fart, listen to mumbles, and watch her mouse curser on her computer go in circles!! I never got trained! HARASSING individuals and utilize stop watches on a job performance increases room for error intensely and should be a big NONO if you want your business to succeed! Just saying, thats my experience at BFPE International and was NOT PLEASANT, and businesses that utilize their services should double check those unprofessional hand written invoices they receive

So far so good! I worked with Jodi at John's Brothers (JB) in getting a quote and information on a…read morenew security system. I've had ADT for years but for what my needs are now, ADT couldn't deliver and that what prompted me to shop around. When Jodi came to my home and did the walk through, she was knowledgeable in what equipment I would need. Come to find out she worked with JB for over 30 years! So she knew the inside and outs of security. Within a day, she sent me a quote and info video of the panel that will be installed. Day of installation, Willy was my technician and he was very friendly and respectful of my home and space. He set up his work area nicely with all his tools and equipment and walked me through what he will be doing. During our small talks, he mentioned he worked for JB for 20 years! That speaks volumes when you have long lasting employees. It tells me they take care of their employees and in turn they will take care of their customers. Everything was sent of nicely and after installation, Willy assisted me in getting me the App up and running on my phone. He walked me through all the sensors and panels. So far it's been working like it should. No issues. I'm able to disarm and arm my system whenever and wherever I am. I get to look at my front door camera without any issues connecting to it. John's Brother has been a good security company so far, hopefully they will stay at high star for me after the bill comes in LOLOLOL!!
