So let's start off with how nice the office staff is. They're super polite and very welcoming. They don't take any insurance. Know this going in.
I called off a referral from a gym mate and thought I'd give them a chance. Called and was told the X-rays and exam were 75, and a day two visit with dr. Mick. I've paid 80 cash for a chiropractor before so I thought that was fair.
Now to today, I had assumed that the day two included an adjustment. They really lead you on that day two is an adjustment. I talk to the dr and find out my back is infact messed up and I need a 6 week, 3x per week plan to get fixed up. Okay cool.
The financial lady comes in and says it would be "half off" if I paid via one of 3 options. A couple options are more money if you go that route. But it's a walloping 1445. Yes one thousand four hundred and forty five dollars. The breakdown is 80/session which isn't overall that bad. HOWEVER you don't get an adjustment until you pay for a service. Completely misleading to consumers. While she didn't say an adjustment was included the way it's said implies it. I'm absolutely livid over this and it should be brought to everyone's attention that this is their business practices.
While everyone is very nice, I cannot in good faith recommend this place. Unless you have 1400 dollars to throw around. read more
