I worked with Steffen, who not only price matched, but came $1k under the higher quality quartz we wanted from other place which was out of our price range. He involved me in every aspect of the installation process, including advising me with what their standard choices are, but respecting my personal design requests. Before installing in our home, he had me come in to see the countertops and approve everything, which was really reassuring. He also measured everything himself and was onsite when the countertops were installed. I am extremely happy with the quality, service, countertop selection, and entire process of working with Steffen and MGQ. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs new countertops in their home.

The entire project was to take 4 weeks and they were here for almost 5 months and just wanted to wrap things up. They also installed the tile in our back entry butting up to the wood floors, we told them how the door was going to be installed and the tile/wood was still installed incorrectly with the seam of the two showing when you close the door. The final straw was we needed to have 3 - 12x24 tiles replaced in our shower from an issue with our plumber, the quote from Melissa was $1200. When asked about the price we received the response, "Based on our experience in working insurance claim projects, what we have bid is easily within the bounds of what would be covered, so the plumber should have no problems with the claim." The $1200 was just for the removal/replacement of the 3 tiles and didn't include the tile that was needed. At that point we called it quits. The photos attached are of showers that have never been used, this is the final product.

When I went in, an older unpleasant gentleman that I spoke with said "what are you using a chainsaw". They said I would have to contact Blanco, which I did. Blanco said we should have been advised to use a metal grate to protect the finish on the sink. We were never told this. Blanco was very easy to deal with and they made it right by replacing the sink for free. However, Granite Shop was quite the opposite. They would not come to do this unless they had a job in the area, which took months. They also charged us for a reinstall in addition to us needing to get a plumber, again. They then damaged our newly refinished wood floors and accused us of lying about it, even though it was on our security cameras that nothing was placed on the floor when they were here. In fact, they removed our throw rug at the sink! I highly recommend them if you like a company that doesn't stand by the product they sell and accuse their customers of lying even with proof.

Well here is is Spring May of 2019 and I am still waiting.-no estimate, no call to say sorry, NOTHING!!. I wish I could rate the quality of their construction but I couldn't even get an estimate. We have been with Washa construction since 1991 and we have done over 10 major renovations with…read morethem and too many to count small 'handyman' projects with them. Our old home had many architectural and builder-related challenges and Washa dealt with all very successfully. Our most recent project was a garage remodel and it was approached with the same attention to detail and professionalism as any of our other projects. They were very timely when I reached out to make the first contact. Very shortly afterward they arranged a meeting with the subcontractors (floor, electrical, design team, insulation etc.) to make sure everyone was on the same page. I felt like were really benefited from the group think. The garage remodel included a food prep work area and Washa construction came up with some unique and practical builds to meet our needs including a heater, hoist, wall mounted foldable food grade stainless steel table, lighting so bright that you could do surgery in there, and smooth nonporous impervious walls around the work area. We are thrilled with the outcome and have had many, many compliments on the garage. I cannot say enough good things about working with this company. I'm a detailed oriented 'picky' client and here are the things that I like. They are respectful and take their time with clients. What is common to them is not common to the client and they understand this. Timely communications are a priority (phone, email, text). I send an email with points, and I get a meaningful response. It was very clear who was managing the project and who to call if I had questions or "some things I noticed..." The estimates have always been fair and competitive, billing is transparent, and the work timeline was clear over the whole project. There is no upselling, e.g. getting a new garage door when the one we had was working just great. The workmanship and attention to detail are consistently superb. Pat was the lead carpenter on the current project, and he insured all the work was done correctly and even had many helpful suggestions to make the site more functional. I was very impressed with the clean-up... work sites were cleaned up at the end of the day even if they were coming back the next day. It seemed like their motto was "leave it cleaner than how we found it". Over the years I have seen the same people working with the company and that says a lot about the company atmosphere and how people feel about working with them. Happy workers do better work and treat clients well. One important thing to me is being able to trust the workers when I cannot be at home. They ensure things are locked up. There is no concern about pets, kids, etc. They even took great care to make sure they did not block the mail person's access to our mailbox. I have no reservations about recommending Washa construction for a small or large project. They are attention to detail professionals that you can trust. Many thanks to Nick, Adam, Josh, Pat, Dominic, and Jackson!

Mostly we either had to get quotes via Zoom, I'm not sure how you can assess a big project via a Zoom meeting, or it took weeks for someone to even contact us. DreamMaker was on a different level from everyone else we met with. We met with Michal, Kelly, and Sara at their store, and they had everything prepared for us. They had an entire presentation with timelines, cost estimates, and samples. It made the whole design process fun. When we settled on the final design we were given a complete schedule with access to daily progress reports, with photos. They handled all of the contractor scheduling and kept us in the loop with any problems along the way. During the remodel we were living at my parents so the daily progress reviews with photo's was key. They stayed on schedule, and we were back in our house when they said we would be. The work was spectacular, and I can't recommend them enough. Just take a look at our before and after pictures. We spent two months shopping around to find someone for our remodel, and we should have just gone to Dream Maker from the start and saved a bunch of time. We are having them come back to do our bathroom next.

About 20% of the project cost was markup and the owner billed me twice for lighting since the electrician could not install the first set of lights ordered. Short version: These guys were very knowledgeable, very helpful, and quick to respond. We had a…read moretough situation and they were up for the challenge. We love the way our hardwood floors look. They are worth the wait (booked 2-3 months out) Long version: We had water damage in our kitchen. We needed the damaged floor replaced and the rest of the first floor sanded and stained to match. No easy task since our floor was 17 years old. After they sanded, stained, and sealed the floor, we realized that the original builder (17 years ago) put a 2 foot by 10 foot strip of pink looking red oak in the middle of the white oak floorboards in the living room. This was imposible to see because of the tinted stain that was put on the floor to cover up the fact that the wood didn't match. Jon, our sales guy, came out on a Saturday to talk it over with us. They worked with us to squeeze us into their schedule despite being booked 3 months out. He even came and tore out the red oak himself since all of the other workers were tied up. They took out the red oak and put new white oak back in and now you can't tell at all. Honestly, I thought we were screwed. We did have to pay for them to come back to do it since it wasn't their screw up.
