So he unlocks the door for me, let's me in, offers me a glass of gentlemans jack on the rocks, and proceeded to show me some earrings for my wife. Very very nice guy and an ever better salesman. Each piece comes with an professional appraisal - something that not many Etsy stores offer at no cost and if you do it on your own, often times you're looking at charges from $50-150 hourly to flat rate fees. They were gracious in working on a layaway contract with me, keeping in constant contact with me, even through the breakout of COVID-19 in their area. Once I had paid off my ring, they had informed me of their local quarantine lock down situation but I was happy to be patient for my ring. Even through all of that, their office manager still found a way to ship my ring out across the States to me. Their packaging, while me being eco-conscious did wince at the idea, ensured the protection of my ring as (they encased it in it's own jewelry box, then bubble wrap, then multiple cardboard boxes - they'll all be recycled!) it spent many miles flying over the Pacific Ocean. As I opened the ring box, the diamonds sparkled beautifully and the gold bands were so shiny. I'm very happy with my purchase, now I just need to remember to insure this baby!
