When I pulled up to the storefront, he came out with a two-wheel dolly and we loaded it on and he rolled it into the shop. He is a very personable guy and as I was leaving, a lady came in and asked if she could drop off some books. He immediately offered to carry the books in from her vehicle and she was ecstatic.
