In October of 2025 we had the wife's Jeep headlamp replaced. In November of 2025 we needed to go…read moreback for a headlamp alignment. The wife had to pay a deductible toward our warranty claim. To our great surprise, we were contacted recently (July 2026) by the dealership and advised that we'd been overcharged for the deductible and Ed Koehn was cutting my wife a check. One might argue that the alignment should have been done with the initial headlamp install, but one cannot argue about the honesty displayed regarding the over charge.

SIX weeks later they have yet to make this right with us. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP, MATT will not help you or make things right. We have reached out SEVERAL times and by certified mail with no response. The dealership is very shady and does not do the right thing. Report them to the attorney general, State licensing board, state consumer protection office. They need to treat customers the way they would like to be treated. DO NOT USE Ed KOEHN.

Told a week to get. 3 weeks later still nothing and no one knows what I am talking about !! Had to do research on them called the father who never got back to me either. Finally after calling for two extra weeks we just went down there and the other kid working the Mon - Fri days found us the center hub!!! 3 weeks of waiting when it was sitting right there. I don't think the other boy (red headed) ever ordered anything. He just pocketed my $35.00. His brother was good enough to honor my receipt. Don't go on Sat or Sun. You can't trust that kid if he is going to order you something.

I used this Ray Winnie Auto for a car rental awhile back. I was nervous to use this business as anytime I have ever stepped foot in the building or interacted with the staff, they have been less than courteous. The rental itself was great, no complaints there. That was arranged through my auto mechanic shop and they were phenomenal. However, anytime I have had to deal directly with the staff outside of that rental, years before or after, it has always turned me away. The staff are rude and yell across their desks to one another, the building inside is filthy, and you're given the impression that you need to make a purchase or leave. I promise Greenville has far better options than the cranky, cramped car lot on the corner.

Honestly, from the time I called to the time he left was approx. 12 minutes and it was incredibly reasonable. Knowing that I had zero hope of getting out without their help, they could have completely overcharged me. Plus, he was soooooo nice! Ignore the negative Yelp reviews and call them. After taking my car to a couple local transmission places we finally landed on B & J. They were…read moreTHREE THOUSAND DOLLARS cheaper than a couple of places in Grand Rapids. We got the transmission replaced on a Wednesday, and on Friday were leaving town for a wedding. As we got to Holland (about 45 minutes from our house) the car acted up and the transmission seemed messed up. I called B&J to tell them what was going on and they said to take it to the nearest ford dealership and they would handle. They also said they would pay for a rental car. Long story short, they figured out the problem and B&J took care of everything. What really got me, though, was the fact that the owner lent me HIS vehicle so he could drive our rental back to holland and pick up our actual car. That is going above and beyond. While it didn't start as a great experience it certainly ended that way and they have won my loyalty.
