I've had several facials with Stephanie, along with acupuncture and IV treatments with Dr. Chung. Stephanie really listens to my concerns and works with me on my skin journey. My skin improved significantly and has stayed clear for years thanks to her amazing work. She also gives wonderful massages and is such a pleasure to spend time with. Dr. Chung has a calming presence and makes you feel truly heard and cared for. She takes the time to understand what's going on and goes above and beyond for her patients. Her acupuncture treatments are gentle and comfortable compared with others I've tried. In my experience, the IV treatments have also been incredibly helpful: when I've been really sick, I've often felt much better and more like myself the next day. I'm so grateful for Stephanie, Dr. Chung, and the whole Vitalship team. I'll absolutely continue coming back!

But theres also the one where Dr. Chung helped my mom get off of I think 4 different medications and avoid a dreaded hip replacement surgery. But i think the strongest recommendation comes from the fact that I have insurance with a zero dollar copay, and even though vital shift does not take my insurance, I still go to Dr. Q to get my recommendations, Treatments and consultation, and then I go to my pcp and tell them what she said. Strongly recommend!! Naturopathic medicine works and is the root and fundamentof modern alopathic medicine. Find a trusted provider and Dont let the industry surrounding it make you forget that!

If you're looking for a doctor to actually listen to you and your concerns then look no further…read more After years of going to general practitioners and gynecologists and expressing concerns to no avail, Dr. Connell is a game changer. Dr. Connell is the first and only doctor I have ever been to that actually listens. Further, she considers your entire mind, body and environment in developing treatment. She made several suggestions and immediately told me her plan would not entail me being on all of the supplements and such forever, but to reduce to exactly what is needed as we proceeded through treatments. This is a fact. From the first set of supplements to now - the supplements have been reduced to half. From the first session I have experienced great changes to my pre-menopausal symptoms (hot flashes gone). From the next session my acne, weight gain, nail strength, and sleep have all improved (all the things I wanted to address). No joke I am almost cured - hahaha not possible but she is getting me close to how I felt before all my issues really kicked in. I am beyond excited and am so grateful and thankful. Let's talk about customer service. The entire staff and I mean the entire staff and Dr. Connell are seriously the nicest people I have ever encountered. You can email, call, stop in constantly and it is no problem. I cannot believe how Dr. Connell will respond to calls/emails via staff about any question or concerns - I mean most doctors make you make an appointment for most of my questions/concerns. They never make me feel like I am bothering them and I have never felt such pure kindness, compassion and treatment from so many people at one place. I mean it is really hard to put into words how genuinely kind everyone is. If you are looking for a doctor that understands medical and way more about how your body works then Dr. Connell is for you. It can be costly but for the first time in my life, I have zero buyers remorse. Dr. Connell is worth every penny. As my bestie puts it, I am worth the maintenance - just as our cars need oil changes and tune ups.

Shout out to Dr Evan. I had a rash and I could not get rid of it, I did not go to a dermatologist…read more I have friends that have gone to dermatologists and they still have problems and side effects of the drugs they are. So I did my usual and went to Dr Evan. He asked me to do a liver, gallbladder cleanse said it would also get rid of my gallstones which I did not know I even had, and to give up coffee (that was the stinger). I did the cleanse and gave up coffee for a week nothing happened. So I gave up, the rash got worse. I had to do something Dr Evan said do liver cleanses till all the gallstone were gone. I just did my 6th liver, gallbladder cleanse, I found a great decaffeinated coffee tastes like regular coffee (Solar Roast Coffee). I only had a few gallstones this time. So I'm good for another year, I was doing them monthly so many stones came out on the previous flushes, so many I got worried and googled how many stones a person can have? Google said thousands, I had probably had thousands. The rash is almost all gone AND I had a little psoriasis too (for about 35 years and that is almost gone). Thank you Dr Evan I had this rash for a year, I wouldn't wear shorts all last year. You know that's hard living in Arizona. Not this summer I went to Florida even wore a bathing suit.
