The gentleman who owned this shop was really helpful and offered a couple of suggestions of what he could do, but we left it in his hands as he was the expert and he said to come back in 1 hour and it would be done. We returned an hour later and the shoes were fixed and super comfortable to wear once again. And the price charged to fix them was extremely affordable too. I called the store and spoke with Andre; his English was perfect. He had a very kind and welcoming voice over the telephone. I told him what I needed and he assured me that it could be ready same day if I submitted the .pdf with the presentation before noon local time. Pricing was also very reasonable. I sent a secure link with the .pdf via email on Saturday just before 1pm local time and called around 4pm (same day) just to confirm it was received. I asked to speak with Andre again. He told me the deck was printed and ready to be picked up. I was absolutely relieved to know that all my colleagues had to do was stop by the store on their way to the meeting and the decks would be waiting for them.
