Myself some dnd mini figs that had to be taken out of a countertop and a mecha kit for my brother. The cashier was seemingly on the phone with someone doing inventory or something. I asked if he could get the figures out of the countertop he just kinda nodded his head as he continued his call. We then idled around looking around the store again for another 15 minutes waiting for his call to end. It never did, finally we managed to get the mecha checked out. I was too upset to bother purchasing the minfigs. Nice selection but cashier never got off the phone or put them on hold to get us checked real quick.

Went in looking for some card displaying supplies (a screw down, 9-card holder, for example (cost…read more$17; price didn't seem too bad)) and found what I was looking for. It was very easy to get distracted in there with all of the stuff they have in a small space. If I wouldn't have been in somewhat of a hurry I could have easily spent several hours in there looking through all the stuff! As I was working on getting my thoughts back to what I needed, instead of wanted, an associate asked if I needed any assistance. Nice, friendly staff and I look forward to visiting them again!

I am writing to share my deep disappointment with the service I received from Ric in the framing…read moredepartment yesterday. My daughter-in-law and I waited at the counter while two attendants talked behind the wall. I tapped the service bell, waited, and tapped it again a few minutes later. No one acknowledged us or even said, "We'll be right with you." When Ric finally came out, he briefly said he would be right back without making eye contact. When he returned, his behavior was passive-aggressive and entirely unhelpful. He completely stood back during our mat and frame selection, forcing me to prompt him to display the options on the computer. Furthermore, he was condescending when explaining how to handle my old frame, and he actively tried to pivot to helping another customer who arrived after us.As a loyal customer who has brought in four framing projects recently--and had wonderful experiences with Chloe--this interaction was incredibly frustrating. I expect much better customer service and hope this matter is addressed. 5 stars for Chloe (sp?), with 1 star for Ric, equates to 3 stars.

It felt like Hot Topic meets Spencer's meets yard sale. It also felt very claustrophobic inside. You couldn't really move around much with the people in there. When I walked into the burrow, I was surprised by its size. It was smaller than I was expecting, but I didn't feel cramped. There was a back room where I heard some fellow card game enthusiasts having quite a rambunctious time, something I plan on being a part of soon! The contents of the store made me feel like I was living out a wonderful dream. The shelves were lined with things from my favorite amines and books, especially Harry Potter. (If you haven't picked up on it yet, the stores name comes from Harry Potter!) Let me tell you, I almost spent all the money in my account in that store. And I wouldn't have been upset if I did! I picked up a few things that I will for sure add to my collections. If you're into things such as any of the things I listed above, you'll love the Burrow.
