I was initially going to Archivers, but since they are closing in a few weeks, I had to find a new scrapbook home, and I found this place. Since I last lived in Michigan many moons ago, there were at least a few stores around. Now, the market's shrunk and it's harder to find good quality places like this. This place has EVERYTHING, and their open on Sundays at 10AM. That's right folks, no more waiting until noon to scrapbook! They have a beautiful huge lab with a nice selection of die cuts, TONS of supplies, and wall to wall paper, , albums and other items as well. I was very impressed with the selection here, and the gal that helped me was super nice. They also have Monday night make and takes, along with crops on Friday nights for $15 which includes dinner. I don't know if they have Saturday night crops, but if they did, I would totally go. Go check this place out. Worth the trip, and you can scrap in their lab for free. I did some shopping when I was there, and loved it! Prices are fair and reasonable, great hours and easy location to find.

I went into target today and bought several items. One was some chicken skewers that they had on…read moresale for $5.79 regularly $6.99. I decided to try them. I went up to the self checkout and they rang up $6.99. I said to the lady excuse me these are ringing up wrong. They're supposed to be on sale for $5.79. She told me I can go back and take a picture of the sign and bring it back up. I told her I just recently had back surgery and that really wasn't that convenient. I said can't you have somebody run back there or just change the price like you normally would do if somebody tells you there's something wrong with the price. She said we don't do that. I told her I would just pay for it forget it. And then when I was walking out, I was irritated, so I went back to the department and actually took the Cell sign that was on the item and took it to the customer service desk. They try to just give me the refund. I told them they needed to give me the scan rule because the lady decided she didn't want to change it. So I got back five dollars. She was sitting in a chair, heavyset blonde hair, African-American. I can barely walk after surgery, but I'm the one that had to be inconvenience as the customer. I did call their corporate number and left a message because I did try calling the store for over a half hour and and no one never picked up!! I usually go to the store in Southfield then Southfield Road. I will not return to that location!

During a recent shopping trip, I encountered a situation that highlighted this issue. As I was in dire need of using the restroom, I inquired about its location. To my dismay, I was informed by a disgruntled employee that there were no public restrooms available. Recognizing my urgency and the imminent risk of incontinence, a female employee intervened and kindly requested that I be allowed to use the restroom. Despite my gratitude, the employee remained dismissive and turned away. Subsequently, he contacted another employee via walkie-talkie to unlock the restroom door. In a state of panic, I rushed through the store, nearly damaging my clothing due to the prolonged nature of my urgency. It is perplexing that there are multiple stalls in the restroom, yet no single toilet is accessible. I suspect that this may be attributed to a lack of concern for customer needs or a preference for avoiding unpleasant situations. However, there are effective ways to address such issues. It is unacceptable that I had to endure such discomfort and distress(tears) in a shopping center to get help. Apart from this incident, I had no other complaints about the store.

We were looking for small bins to tidy up our cupboards and linen closet and found just what we needed. We also found a nice coat rack for the wall by our back door. The staff was super friendly and helpful with their suggestions as they guided us to what we were looking for. As of this writing 5/10/26 they're condensing the store to make room for Bed Bath and Beyond merchandise, so there's some great clearance prices. We're looking forward to returning for more organization ideas and to see the look of the store once the transformation is complete. Keep this store in mind if your spaces need organizing because there is definitely something for every room and everybody.
