Chris was a delight and extremely helpful with helping us choose yarn for a project my husband had in mind that did not use a yarn that is easily obtained in America (Schachenmayr). She had a gorgeous selection in tons of different colors, and was able to liven up visit with fun anecdotes about her shop, her knitting, and her own person while she wound up over a kilometer of yarn we had purchased with no fuss. We loved coming here and we would gladly stop by once more, or reach out to her by phone to have her assist us in any way she could, assistance she was happy to offer us before we went back on the road for our trip home.

I grabbed some elastic cord, and a cord stopper and I made my way to the counter, my girlfriend had gotten a call and stepped out whilst on the phone, I had made a mistake and forgot my ticket at the measuring counter and the cashier told me to go and get one, so i did, as i made my way there, an older employee with short hair acuses my girlfriend of stealing as i'm walking up lol. my girlfriend who was empty handed other than her phone, while im still in the store, at the register. Disrespectful, rude, she didn't even apologize when i said that was my girlfriend and told her i had everything and it's being paid for, she scoffed me off and said something rude under her breath. Both me, and my girlfriend are young, work on the fire department and would never steal a 2 dollar item for any reason. I'm not coming back.
