Michael may beat other's in pricing, but he doesn't clean even half the things he claims to clean on his invoice. He charged for 4 hours of cleaning and was only in the building for 2 hours. The toilets were not clean, the break room floor not cleaned, dusted around things that were easily movable, never cleaned the microwave, never cleaned windows or window seals. I could go on and on.... After a year of cleaning he quit because we asked for the things he was already charging for to be cleaned. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. read more

To avoid a long drawn out review I'll simply state she offered other dates that did not work and I requested a refund of my deposit. She said it was nonrefundable and has ghosted me. I suspect my money is under the hood of her car. Also want to note that Venmo has suggested her account is a possible scam. And, the positive review in yelp appears to be from a CA customer applauding a company with a similar name.

Definitely DO NOT sign their contract or agree to use their ProCore system…read more Unfortunately we were part of a recent poorly run project that fell behind with numerous change orders due to lack of foresight. Low quality installations and a number of warranty issues, mainly due to supervision issues. They will have a sloppy work-site causing failed inspections along with unreasonable inspection time-frames while pushing subs on top of one another. Then they'll use failed inspections due to their own lack of planning and proper supervision in an attempt to justify backcharges as a reason to not pay their sub contractors. Over promised and under delivered. Run away.
