Recent purchases from here were stencils kits purchased as a gift for a young man in the hospital and he loved them. I purchased two games recently Yahtzee and chess and picked up curbside. The chess set is well made with durable pieces and a great value. Before the pandemic, it was a fun store to browse in and look at the variety of vintage and modern toys. They also carry that line of books about towns or cities history with vintage pictures. Tecumseh has a rich history especially and some local buildings and landmarks are well preserved.

Every thing that is marked regular price is 20% off and they have a monthly competition where they gift a buyer $50 if you bought at least $20 worth of stuff. At the time of this review, it was my second visit in 20 days and I still came out with a huge haul (see pic). They are super active on their Facebook page always taking pictures of their latest arrivals. They also hold things for you at your request so that's how I came out with my next series of cats! Holy Toledo , I can't believe it. Slot cars are making a comeback. I remember the days of old, when…read moreI was a kid. I made my slot cars out of piano wire and brass. Bent the wire , cut the brass, soldered it all together. Rewound the armature, and replaced the magnets with Arco Magnets . Away my car went screaming around the track. My car was fast and hugged the track. I was sort of a geek for that back then. I was around 9 or 10. I remember The Groove ( Hot Dogs ) , Thom Thumb, Pit Stop, and a few more that the names I can not recall. I still after all these years (59) have my slot car case and most of the parts. I still have boxes of trophies I won in races. Well here is a business that is just opening up soon with a track. Next time I come to Toledo I will bring my case , MXR controllers and cars. See what I have to do to tweak out my 1/24th and 1/32nd scale cars to make the lap. I will give a later update on this when I come back.

This diminutive spot adjacent to the Blissfield Antique Mall gives a nice impression upon entering. It's well done and has some unusual selections. This last observation then segues into my wife's comments that she relayed to me after talking with the owner. She (the owner) opened this shop because the craft show activity in the area has been greatly mitigated due to issues related to COVID. This establishment gives local crafters an outlet for their wares, and there are one-of-a-kind offerings that can be found throughout. My wife bought a beautifully decorated birdhouse for a steal (barely above the price of the materials). If you're looking for an unusual gift, this is a terrific place to look for one.
