The guys even gave up their Saturdays and worked into the evenings some days to make sure that progress stayed on track. The entire HHI team have been hard working, polite, trustworthy, punctual, reliable, understanding, and accommodating to last minute changes. They really couldn't have done more for us and nothing was too much trouble. The selection of products and services available is vast and the level of expertise you receive is high. Every small detail has been considered and it's clear to see that the team take pride in what they do, they are all perfectionists with a passion for their trades. The quality and standard of finish is second to none and we really could not be happier with our new bedroom, en-suite bathroom and storage rooms. The first items to catch my eye were the glittery, chic lampshades, which dangled over a sleek work top. Everything seemed to be placed, not only for functionality, but for class and visual effect. Even the pots they had on display were mirror shiny stainless steel - so pristine that you could see yourself in them. I think it's the detail, and the lack of fuss, that I liked most. Given that my other rooms hold so much clutter it was nice to see a stylish space organised in a way that would hide all of the messy utensils and so on. Of course, their kitchen design isn't limited to this show room, there are many many other impressive designs on their website too so take a good browse. The manufacturer upheld the complaint and credited 2 replacment worktops and funds for refit costs. It took months to get the 2nd worktop and i had to pay for the refit even though budget recieved the money from the manufacturers. Im having to take them to smalls claims court to get a resolve. I do not own my own, nor am I likely to for some time, so it really isn't good for the old self esteem! Nevertheless I can appreciate these places as I please, and it does indeed please me to say that Maison have some utterly delightful items inside their store. The first items which struck me were their lovely collection of lampshades and cushions, sat delicately in the shop window. With the embroidered hearts on ivory cushions, a beautiful white bureau to accompany the gorgeous lampshades and matching draft excluders to go with the cushions, I don't think any living space could be less inviting! The majority of their stock seems aimed towards a more country cottage, homely style than anything else, and it's just lovely. This country home feel is perfectly matched in the little town of Ilkley, so it's no big surprise that this is what they are selling, but that's not to say you won't be intrigued. They have interiors for virtually any room, from beautiful dining tables and chairs, kitchen crockery cabinets, bed frames and more; they have enough that you could fill the whole house with their goods, allowing that cosy, lovable theme to continue throughout! Honestly, for beautiful interior design, this place has my vote!
